1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using Bookquio, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our logistics engine and AI assistant.
2. Subscription and Billing
We offer several subscription tiers designed to scale with your operation:
Basic Plan
Foundational logistics. Includes a 14-day free trial. Direct synchronization for Viator and GYG.
Starter/Growth/Elite
Advanced features including WhatsApp dispatch, Moloni invoicing, and Alva AI support.
All billing is handled securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
3. Service Credits
Usage of WhatsApp notifications and Moloni invoicing is debited against a monthly "Credit Pool". Each subscription tier includes a specific amount of credits. Additional credits can be purchased on-demand through the "Top-up" system.
Note: Monthly credits included in your plan do not roll over to the next billing period.
4. Refund Policy
Strictly no refunds for subscription fees. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable regardless of service usage status.
If you decide to cancel, your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle. We encourage all users to fully utilize the 14-day trial of our Basic plan before upgrading to premium tiers.
5. Service Limitations & Liability
Bookquio acts as a logistics engine and channel manager. While we strive for 100% uptime and precise synchronization with GetYourGuide and Viator, we are not responsible for errors originating from OTAs (Online Travel Agents) or data delays at the API level.
You are responsible for verifying manifest accuracy before any tour departure.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Dashboard. No further charges will be applied after the current billing period concludes.
